National Football League: Browns Rookie QB Shedeur Sanders Misses Team Drills Due to ‘Arm Soreness’
Shedeur Sanders has been making waves at the Cleveland Browns training camp, but a minor setback has arisen. The Browns announced that the rookie quarterback will miss team drills due to “arm soreness” as of Saturday.
In the meantime, quarterback Kenny Pickett, who was acquired through a trade, has returned to practice from a hamstring injury and participated in individual drills on the same day. Sanders finds himself in a competitive battle for the Browns’ starting quarterback position in 2025, alongside Pickett, veteran Joe Flacco, and fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel.
